HGV and Plant Equipment ProgrammesToday's industry relies heavily on fast moving mechanical equipment used in all areas of civil engineering and heavy vehicles for transportation of goods by road. Therefore employers need to employ people who can demonstrate the ability to operate the machines safely and competently.In response to this employment opportunity and identified training need, TATI has established a Plant Operators and Driver Training Programme that provides trainees with a structured programme of accredited practical training and performance testing. Our plant training site is located in Barka close to all local amenities and includes on site accommodation and restaurant facilities. TATI is the only dedicated private training institute in the Sultanate of Oman offering this wide range of plant operator training programmes. In addition TATI offers the added benefit of obtaining a PDO/HSE Permit covering HSE Induction and Driving Permit for HGV/LV. Trainees who demonstrate the ability to operate the equipment competently will be tested by the ROP and if successful, will be issued with a plant operator's driving licence.
