Nationality: Western, Omani

Location: Sur, Oman

Working Hours: 45 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday including 1 hour lunch break.

Leave Cycle: 30 working days per contract year.

Passage: Home leave ticket allowance will be paid in cash after 12 months of work

Medical Insurance: Would be provided by the company as per the company policy and procedure.

End of Service benefit: Gratuity as per the Omani labor law shall be paid at the end of service.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor / Master degree in Business

EXPERIENCE

• Shall have minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Environment. It is expected that on-the-job trainers are capable of independently and professionally carrying out all the activities that they will be training candidates to do.

• Able to demonstrate experience in providing competence based training in QCF (NVQ) methods.

• Hold a Teaching qualification, min Level 3 on the QCF or similar International qualification.

• Hold a recognized Assessor qualification

• Hold a recognized Verifier qualification

LANGUAGE ABILITIES

• Have  English as their primary language or fluent in English language (IELTS Level 6 or equivalent)
