Managers: HSELM/HSELM/HSELMRE - HSE Leadership for Non frontline Supervisors and Managers

Supervisors: HSELFS/HSELFSRE/HSELFSR - HSE Leadership for Frontline Supervisors

MUST HAVE

Age 25 or above

Valid ROP-issued ID or Residency Card

SJM course is held Online.
SJM Refresher is held also Online:
Please also note that the date of this course MUST be no later than THREE MONTHS after the expiry of the current SJM certification.

NB:For managers who are responsible for the operational management of driving to attend SJM courses. Also HSE Advisers.

PPE: None required

Course Duration: 8 hours/ 4 hours

Re-certification: Competence re-assessment at 2 yearly intervals.

Course Language: Arabic, English, Hindi

*NOTE: A Supervisor is a person who supervises the work of at least 2 other persons in the workplace.
