HV-Heavy Vehicle Blacktop
You MUST bring the following documents with you to the course (NOT PHOTOCOPIES):

• An appropriate ROP Driving Licence for the vehicle to be driven

• For PDO employees only: A valid HSE Passport

• For NON-PDO PERSONNEL: A valid HSE Passport SHOWING that an HSE Induction Course has been completed

• Original Vehicle’s mulkiya (Not Copy)

- Nominees bringing their own heavy vehicle must bring written legal authority from their company, or other provider, to prove who owns the vehicle and that it is legally insured to be used for training/ assessment purposes(Full Insurance Required).
- In case of Heavy vehicles, the Candidate must bring his own vehicle.
- Please, indicate if you require TATI to provide a 10 ton vehicle. This facility is available against cash payment of 90.000 OMR per client.
- Overalls and Sturdy shoes MUST be worn.
- The minimum age for this course is 26 years
- The minimum driving experience for this course is 5 years

GR-Light Vehicle Graded
- You MUST bring the following documents with you to the course (NOT PHOTOCOPIES):
>> An appropriate ROP Driving Licence.
>> Valid DD permit
>> HSE Passport

- All training courses are conducted in MANUAL TRANSMISSION vehicles. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure you are Licenced to drive such vehicles (i.e. your Licence is not for automatics only) For automatic you must provide your own vehicle for interior based training and must have OPAL RAS.
- Graded course takes place either in Fahud or in Nimr.
-The minimum age for this course is 21 years.
-The minimum driving experience for this course is 3 years.

GR-Heavy Vehicle Graded - You MUST bring the following documents with you to the course (NOT PHOTOCOPIES): >> An appropriate ROP Driving Licence. >> DD permit >> HSE Passport >> Vehicle's Mulkiya - In case of Heavy vehicles, the Candidate must bring his own vehicle. - Graded course takes place either in Fahud or in Nimr. -The minimum age for this course is 26 years. -The minimum driving experience for this course is 5 years.

TN- Tanker Course - You MUST bring the following documents with you to the course (NOT PHOTOCOPIES): >> An appropriate ROP Driving Licence. >> Valid HV Permit >> HSE Passport >> Vehicle's Mulkiya - In case of Tanker module, the Candidate must bring his own vehicle. -The minimum age for this course is 30 years. -Minimum driving experience for this course is 5 years.

LB/HB Bus Course - You MUST bring the following documents with you to the course (NOT PHOTOCOPIES): >> An appropriate ROP Driving Licence. >> DD permit >> HSE Passport >> Vehicle's Mulkiya - A valid Licence for a minimum of 8 years - A valid HGV Licence for a minimum of 4 years if driving Heavy Buses - Overalls and Sturdy shoes MUST be worn. -The minimum age for LB/HB is 26 years.

EVA | EMERGENCY RESPONSE-AMBULANCE (English) ALL DELEGATES MUST POSSESS HSE PASSPORT CONTAINING VALID: AHAF - AHA Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED Valid LV & GR permit
